I recommend using Super Firm Tofu because it will not break when preparing your Fishless Sticks.
Also, for dipping, I had a side of Hidden Valley Plant Based Ranch, and it was so delicious 🤤.

Here is the recipe. I would like to say thank you to Shane Martin for his Vegan Buffalo Tofu Wings (Baked and Crispy) recipe because I made it, and it was absolutely delicious.
After making the Vegan Buffalo Tofu Wings with a few modifications, I made them into Fishless Sticks.
They turned out great!!!
Enough of me rambling on, let me discuss what you are here for the Vegan Fishless Sticks made with Tofu.
Vegan Fishless Sticks with Tofu
Ingredients
1 (16 -ounce pack of super firm tofu)
1 cup of unsweetened non-diary milk
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup corn starch
garlic powder (season to your liking, that is what I did) or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
onion powder (season to your liking, that is what I did) or 1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Old Bay Seasoning (season to your liking, that is what I did)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Slice the tofu into 6 equal width-wise slabs. Then slice each of those pieces lengthwise into 3 slices. You will have a total of 18 sticks once you are finish.
Grab three bowls for your corn starch, panko bread crumbs, and non-diary milk.
First bowl, add the 1 cup panko bread crumbs.
Second bowl, add 1 cup of unsweetened non-diary milk.
Third bowl, add 1/2 cup of cornstarch.
Take each tofu fishless sticks and coat in cornstarch, milk, cornstarch again, milk again, and finally panko bread crumbs, you are going to double dip these fishless sticks! These are going to be extra crispy
Next, place the breaded tofu stick onto your prepared baking sheet and repeat until finished.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. I baked mine for 30 minutes, and they turned out crispy, but they were soft in the middle. (Please watch them to ensure that, they do not burn)
Once crispy, remove them, let cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
